Popular Upstate chain, Bronco Mexican Restaurant, recently announced their plans to expand to downtown Spartanburg, formerly the location of Big Glenn's Grill on the corner of Pine and Main Street. (435 E Main St) The plaza recently underwent renovations, including a completely redone parking lot.The planned test kitchen and restaurant will be the owners' fourth location, with the closest restaurant at 1560 Union St. (Other locations include Woodruff and Gaffney.)In addition to the friendly atmosphere and service seen at their other restaurants, the new venture will feature innovative dishes, with hopes for weekend brunch and soccer (fútbol) match viewing parties.Business partners Ramon Alvarez, Julio Mendez, Claudio Garcia and Angel Reyes hope to open in April 2020.Read the full article at GoUpstate.com here.
